| Tiger Graphics MoViE & CEMoS | CEMoS (C Environment for model simulation) allows the implementation and simulation of large mathematical models in a convenient way. CEMoS solves complex systems of ordinary differential equations including the capability of operator splitting. The software has been developed for ecosystem box models but can also be used to implement any other model. MoViE (Model Visualization environment) allows the visualization of simulation results and field data including the capability of Fourier analysis. It is adapted to CEMoS output files but allows also reading NetCDF files from other tools. |
